My brother in law's brother is an electrician and he has helped me trouble shoot some of it. I don't know how long it had been doing this, or if it was doing it before we bought the house, but I had began to notice the lights flickering, it wasn't when anything was running, and it would intermittently do it, it would just do it for the sake of doing it. I bought a house back in June, inspection checked out ok for the limited amount that they check, and to the best of my ability and from what I can tell, the house has 12-2 with ground Romex Wiring and a Square-D 100 AMP Service Panel.
